– Planner (aka Strategist): Leading strategy and providing strategic support across creative campaign development, customer experience, audience insight, and innovation projects, with a core focus on retail activation and below-the-line communications. Client categories: FMCG, Pharmacy, Consumer Healthcare, Luxury Hospitality, and Beverage.

– Special Projects & Research Leadership: Co-produced and co-launched Mind The Gap, a proprietary, industry-facing thought leadership initiative that advocates for greater inclusivity in commerce, and the initiative’s first research report, “The Black Beauty Shopping Experience.”

– Comms & Copywriting: Helping direct-to-consumer and digital service clients successfully communicate consumer and cultural value through copywriting, customer insight research, and brand messaging projects.
